Fall Umpire Mini-Clinic – August 23rd

CMSUA is offering a 4 hour mini-clinic for brand new umpires or people who want to learn more about umpiring.  Umpires who are Level I or Level II may also attend for a tune-up.

The clinic will cover basic rules, on-field positioning, and common myths. Feel free to bring a friend along for a friendly rules competition.

Umpires who attend will be given the opportunity to umpire games during CMSA Fall Ball on Saturdays in September.  The games are paid at $35 per game.

Although this clinic will not formally qualify you as a carded umpire, it will be very beneficial to anyone in softball [Coaches, Players, Parents, etc.].  Each spring in April is a 2 day clinic which will qualify you as a carded umpire.  If you aren't sure yet if you want to be an umpire, this is an easy way to learn about it.

There will be no cost to attend this clinic, though space is limited so please RSVP to confirm your spot.
